Set-up or Manage 2-Step Verification

What is Two-Step Verification?

Two-step verification is your shield against unauthorized access to your zHealth account. By combining your password with a secondary identity check, such as a contact method or security info, adds an extra layer of defense. Even if someone discovers your password, they're halted without access to your security info—emphasizing the importance of unique passwords for all your accounts.

Activation and Functionality

Upon the initial login, users will encounter an option to select "Remember This Device." This feature ensures that subsequent logins on the same device will bypass two-step verification, simplifying the process for added convenience.

Steps for Two-Step Verification to Log into Your zHealth Account

  • Start by logging into your zHealth account.

  • After entering your username and password, you'll encounter a crucial checkbox: "Remember this device." Ensure you check this box only when using a trusted device, such as your personal computer or mobile phone.

  • Once you've successfully authenticated with your username and password, you'll be redirected to a screen prompting you to enter a verification code.

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed

  • Your verification code will be sent to you either as a text message, an email, or both, depending on your code preferences.

Note: Only remember a device that you trust, like your personal computer or tablet device.
