Scheduled maintenance may occur between 7pm-4am (Pacific Time), during weekends and holidays or with 24 hour notice.

How to Get Software Support for zHealth Basic, Advanced, Review Plus or Patient Plus:
  • Step 1: Visit the zHealth Help Center to access how-to articles, video tutorials, feature guides, FAQs, and more.
  • Step 2: If you cannot find your answer in the zHealth Help Center, choose one of the following options to contact zHealth customer Support:
    • Email your questions at support@zhealthEHR.com
    • Call your account manager directly (if you have their contact information)
    • Call 1-800-674-2908
How to Get Support For zHealth Billing Services:
  • Step 1: If you have your account manager's direct contact information, please contact them directly.
  • Step 2: If you do not have your account manager's direct contact information, call the zHealth Billing Service customer service line at 800-674-2908.
